Marketing Intern

About the Role

Industrial Scientific is seeking a Marketing Operations Intern to assist in managing, structuring, and maintaining the quality of marketing and sales data within the EMEA region. This entry-level position reports to the Field Marketing Manager and emphasizes hands-on involvement with CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accurate and efficient campaign and lead management.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain data assets such as lists, contacts, and campaign materials within HubSpot.
• Provide operational support for campaign setups including uploading lists, data structuring, and conducting initial validation checks.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in marketing data across various activities.
• Collaborate within Salesforce to review and qualify incoming leads, clean and update CRM records by resolving duplicates and filling missing fields, and assist with lead routing and data structure maintenance.
• Support campaign and lead performance tracking.
• Maintain alignment and data integrity between HubSpot and Salesforce platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Some prior hands-on exposure to HubSpot via internships, academic projects, or coursework.
• Comfortable navigating and updating Salesforce records.
• Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to managing tasks.
• Interest in marketing operations, CRM systems, and data quality management.
• Capability to work independently after receiving instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or familiarity with B2B marketing environments.
• Understanding of fundamental lead management workflows.
• French language proficiency is an added advantage.
