Role Overview

This on-site Marketing Intern position based in Auckland focuses on supporting daily marketing operations. Key duties include assisting with campaign execution, managing promotional materials, maintaining marketing schedules and reports, and conducting fundamental market research. The intern collaborates cross-functionally with sales and recruitment teams to enhance outreach efforts and provides support in drafting marketing materials for both digital and print platforms. Participation in events and on-site promotions, along with efforts to improve customer communication, are also essential to this role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills for effective interaction with clients and partners.
• Competence in conducting and analyzing market research to guide marketing decisions.
• Understanding of marketing strategy basics to aid campaign planning and implementation.
• Familiarity with sales processes including lead generation and follow-up activities.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Proficient use of standard office software and digital platforms such as spreadsheets, presentation tools, and social media.
• Enrollment in or completion of academic programs related to Marketing, Business, or Communications is advantageous.
