Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and supervise real estate agents and sales managers.
• Establish objectives and monitor performance on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
• Analyze market trends to uncover new sales opportunities.
• Foster and maintain valuable connections with major clients, investors, and business partners.
• Facilitate the closing of significant deals and effectively resolve critical client concerns.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven leadership abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of property markets and sales processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related area preferred.
