About the Company
Our client is a renowned global foreign exchange and payments organization, trusted for over two decades as a pioneer in cross-border money transfers. Operating in seven countries, they provide businesses and accounting firms with real-time oversight and control over their international financial transactions.
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Communications Manager to lead the end-to-end client migration communication efforts for an upcoming consumer platform launch. This role is offered on an initial 12-month contractual basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive client migration communications plan utilizing email, SMS, and in-app messaging to ensure smooth customer transition with minimal disruption.
- Design CRM journeys encompassing pre-migration notices, guidance during migration, welcome follow-ups, Know Your Customer (KYC) prompts, initial transfer encouragements, and reactivation of dormant clients.
- Create content to facilitate the transition including FAQs, instructional guides, video tutorials, and dedicated landing pages.
- Drive campaigns for post-migration adoption and activation to raise awareness and encourage use of new product features.
- Execute market-specific campaigns in a phased manner across owned communication channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Data, and Customer Operations teams to ensure communications remain aligned with the project timeline.
- Monitor and analyze engagement, retention, and adoption metrics throughout migration phases and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Deliver reports on engagement, retention, activation, and adoption goals to maintain program accountability.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum eight years of marketing experience with substantial involvement in managing communication for large-scale platform or product migrations.
- Proficient in CRM systems and marketing automation, with preference for experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Demonstrated success in change management within dynamic, matrixed corporate environments.
- Background in financial services, fintech, or payment sectors is highly advantageous.
