Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough primary and secondary market research to obtain insights about the industry, customer opinions, and competitor landscape.
- Gather, verify, and arrange market data by employing surveys, interviews, and various research techniques.
- Examine market patterns, customer behavior, sector changes, and competitor actions to produce practical recommendations.
- Create structured reports, dashboards, and presentations to clearly convey research outcomes and suggestions.
- Use MS Excel for analyzing data and PowerPoint to develop professional business presentations.
- Communicate discoveries effectively and work closely with internal teams through proficient written and oral communication.
