Manufacturing Management Consultant

About the Role

This position seeks experienced professionals across three specialized consulting domains: Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Oracle, and SAP Hybris within e-commerce. Candidates will engage with leading-edge technologies and serve clients in manufacturing and supply chain sectors, delivering strategic solutions and managing full project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead detailed client workshops to extract business requirements and design tailored solutions highlighting tangible benefits.
• Convert business and functional needs into comprehensive technical specifications and deliverables.
• Oversee entire project lifecycles, including stages of design, construction, testing, training, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Drive thought leadership initiatives and contribute actively to practice growth.
• Manage communication channels effectively with stakeholders while addressing risks, schedules, and budgets.

Role-Specific Responsibilities

A. Supply Chain Planning Consultant (Kinaxis / O9)

• Lead supply chain planning streams such as IBP/S&OP, Demand, Inventory, Production Scheduling, and Control Tower activities.
• Deploy solutions utilizing tools like Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or SAP Integrated Business Planning.
• Spearhead supply chain management transformation projects leveraging AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

B. Manufacturing Oracle Consultant

• Implement Oracle Cloud or Oracle R12 SCM modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Work In Process, Order Management, and Finance.
• Organize workshops focused on manufacturing and automotive sectors and recommend optimized solutions.

C. SAP Hybris Consultant (E-commerce)

• Advise on omni-channel strategies, inventory management, B2C and B2B processes, payment systems, and promotional activities.
• Manage SaaS-based e-commerce platform deployments and overall project delivery.
• Lead diverse cross-functional teams ensuring successful product rollouts.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

A. Supply Chain Planning Consultant

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or Business; MBA preferred.
• Between 5 to 15 years of consulting experience in supply chain planning.
• Completed a minimum of three full lifecycle implementations with Kinaxis, O9, or equivalent tools.
• Strong analytical, presentation skills, and readiness to travel.

B. Manufacturing Oracle Consultant

• Experience in at least one Oracle Cloud or R12 implementation.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts and warranty processes.
• Effective communication skills are mandatory.

C. SAP Hybris Consultant

• Familiarity with e-commerce operations and SAP Commerce (Hybris) or related platforms.
• Experience in ERP or extensive web application implementations.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• PMP certification is preferable.
• Proven stakeholder management capabilities.
