WealthBridge Financial Group invites experienced financial advisors to take on the strategic role of Managing Director. This position is suited for individuals who have established a successful personal practice and are eager to lead and develop a team, focusing on both their own professional growth and the advancement of others.

Key Responsibilities

As Managing Director, you will be focused on building and guiding a team of seasoned financial advisors striving to enhance their practices. Your duties include maintaining your own client base while actively recruiting, mentoring advisors, cultivating a culture of high performance, and influencing the firm’s future expansion.

Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience in financial services managing a growing personal practice
• Possession of an active Life and Health license is mandatory
• Preferred but not required: FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses, with sponsorship and support provided if needed
• Proven track record in client acquisition, planning, and managing relationships
• Demonstrated leadership skills with enthusiasm for mentoring and creating high-performing teams
• Business-focused mindset with a commitment to sustained growth
