Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee learning and process enhancement initiatives as comprehensive programs.
• Create learning and development experiences tailored to the real needs of business leaders and employees, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
• Manage programs end-to-end—from conceptualization to rollout—ensuring effective delivery and tangible outcomes.
• Provide personalized coaching to leaders to help them maximize their impact and team leadership capabilities.
• Utilize data-driven methods to continually evaluate program effectiveness and ensure alignment with desired business results.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent development, learning and development, or similar roles, with a proven track record of designing and delivering impactful programs.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-changing environment, managing ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving objectives.
• Expertise in user-centered design methodologies such as design thinking and journey mapping to create engaging and intuitive learning experiences.
• Strong knowledge of learning design and delivery techniques, with the ability to engage and facilitate sessions effectively.
• Business acumen with a data-driven approach to measure impact, report results, and optimize programs.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with an ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority, co-creating solutions aligned to strategic priorities.
