Role Description
The Manager in Training (MIT) Programme within the Food & Beverage Division is an 18-month fast-track development opportunity targeted at ambitious individuals aiming to become leaders in luxury hospitality. This comprehensive experience combines operational training with leadership exposure, cross-departmental learning, business project involvement, and decision-making participation to build proficiency in service excellence, commercial insight, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Participate in rapid rotations across various food and beverage outlets to gain broad departmental experience.
- Develop competency by mastering frontline operational roles before moving into supervisory or assistant management positions to hone leadership skills.
- Lead management projects independently, utilizing provided resources such as training materials and operational manuals to guide your development.
Requirements
- Preferably hold a degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Exhibit leadership potential with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Demonstrate a strong interest in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Be proactive, assertive, and able to generate your own opportunities.
- Previous experience with Four Seasons or a top luxury hospitality group is advantageous.
