Job description

Role Overview

This role serves as the central coordinator working closely with Operating Companies (Opcos) to integrate diversity goals within HR operations, emphasizing women's empowerment. The position involves overseeing progress tracking, providing insightful feedback, and championing initiatives promoting inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and finalize diversity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all Opcos aimed at increasing female representation, and assess their year-end performance.
  • Provide quarterly reports on the Group’s diversity progress to the Diversity Team.
  • Review and update diversity policies by benchmarking data and aligning with the latest global trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and steer the agenda and content for OWN Steering Committee meetings.
  • Gather best practices and content from Opcos to highlight top-performing companies.
  • Support Diversity Agents at Opcos to ensure timely submission of diversity-related data.
  • Monitor continuously the automated diversity data reporting system to correct errors, track progress, and compile reports.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions on diversity topics for new employees and perform exit interviews with departing female employees, preparing reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Track the advancement and promotion of female employees and report on high performers within Opcos.
  • Manage and finalize Diversity Awards results including Recognition Award, Index Award, Mentor Award, and Data Agents Recognition.
  • Collaborate in preparing agenda items for Diversity Steering Committee meetings.
  • Draft updates for senior management for Multinational Management Meetings (MMM) to promote accountability and guide future initiatives.
  • Curate and publish OWN content on the company intranet (OSHCO Intranet) to share group-wide diversity updates.
  • Plan and finalize training and engagement topics for diversity workshops, including selecting external vendors, contract finalization, payment, and coordination with Opcos for delivery.
  • Organize OWN Forums by setting agendas, event themes, and visual materials.
  • Prepare for visits to Opcos to discuss company-specific diversity progress, plans, and explore additional support mechanisms.
  • Analyze Work Culture Survey results at each Opco and offer company-specific feedback to Opco management teams.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Experience ranging from 7 to 10 years in relevant fields.
