About the Role
Fractal Analytics is seeking a proactive and detail-focused professional to join as a Manager in Commercial Finance based in Mumbai or Bangalore. This position plays a critical role bridging sales, finance, delivery, and operations by managing pricing and commercial structuring. The goal is to craft pricing proposals that accurately represent the value of our offerings and contribute to profitable expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end pricing and commercial structuring for diverse engagements including time-and-material, fixed-price, milestone-based, and managed services.
- Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and solution teams to prepare competitive proposals and statements of work.
- Create and maintain pricing templates, rate cards, and cost models specially designed for IT and consulting services and products.
- Monitor commercial metrics such as revenue per engagement, margin trends, win/loss deal analysis, and pricing deviations.
- Develop tools like pricing calculators and dashboards to enhance proposal processes and assist sales in deal structuring.
Required Qualifications
- Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or MBA.
- 2 to 3 years of direct experience in pricing, commercial finance, or financial analysis in IT services or consulting environments.
- Proven ability in preparing pricing proposals and commercial frameworks including rate cards, staffing plans, and fixed-bid calculations.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis with emphasis on pricing models, cost-to-serve assessment, margin accounting, and commercial deal formulation.
