Malayalam Telecaller

Overview

We are urgently recruiting motivated and dynamic Malayalam-speaking Telecalling / Inside Sales Executives to join our team in Chennai. This role offers a monthly salary between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 with regular office hours and no sales pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about company services.
• Clearly and professionally explain the services offered by the company.
• Generate new leads and keep customer information updated.
• Follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer service through effective communication.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduation is preferred.
• Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills are necessary.
• Experience level between zero and five years; freshers are welcome.

Additional Details

• Work timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• No sales targets or work pressure.
• Location: Chennai office, Vadapalani area.
• Walk-in interviews held from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at No. 184/3, 2nd Floor, Viveks Building, NSK Salai, opposite Kamala Theatre.
• Immediate joining preferred.
