Key Responsibilities

• Perform light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry tasks, painting, groundskeeping, janitorial duties, and other maintenance tasks to uphold community quality standards.
• Maintain amenity areas ensuring they are fully functional and well-kept.
• Keep property grounds clean by removing trash and debris regularly.
• Collaborate closely with management to sustain a safe, clean, and attractive environment.
• Participate in daily morning meetings to coordinate vendor schedules and work plans.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with maintenance peers, management, and other staff during all maintenance activities and special projects.
• Report maintenance issues to management promptly and efficiently execute repairs.
• Handle the movement of heavy items and operate maintenance vehicles to different property locations.
• Oversee maintenance inventory and manage supply levels effectively.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support maintenance operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and current automobile insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate heavy equipment safely.
• Willingness to be available on-call for emergency situations outside regular working hours.
