Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves actively participating in an organized cleaning and maintenance program aimed at maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient shopping and working environment while managing expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Stocking 3 Coach and fellow associates to implement a thorough cleaning schedule.
• Follow all Food Safety protocols and adhere to cold chain handling procedures.
• Promptly clean all areas within the Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist in checking maintenance and cleaning tools to confirm they are operational, and ensure that supplies are adequately stocked.
• Encourage and maintain a safe workplace by completing mandatory in-store training and adhering to the company's policies and safety regulations.
• Perform cleaning of floors using appropriate methods such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet upkeep for all non-sales floor areas as required.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this role starts at $16.45.
