About the Role

An esteemed entertainment/amusement park operator based in Saudi Arabia is looking to hire 10 experienced Maintenance Supervisors. The position involves overseeing mechanical maintenance of park equipment, particularly refrigeration systems, and facility management tasks. Candidates with a Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and 7 to 10 years of maintenance experience in the entertainment or amusement park sector are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment.
• Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, with solid experience in refrigeration units.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance regulations within the maintenance function.
• Coordinate facility management duties related to equipment upkeep.
• Support project management and budget monitoring efforts as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) or relevant Mechanical Diploma.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years work experience in maintenance, specifically with mechanical systems.
• Proven background in entertainment or amusement park maintenance is essential.
• Familiarity with facility management is a favorable addition.
