Role Summary
We seek an AI and Machine Learning Engineer to join a dynamic team remotely on a full-time basis. This role entails developing and deploying machine learning models that enhance essential product features, thereby boosting user experience and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and fine-tune machine learning models utilizing Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch frameworks.
- Design and maintain robust data pipelines to supply high-quality datasets for model training and assessment.
- Apply MLOps methodologies to facilitate seamless model deployment, continuous monitoring, and version management.
- Collaborate with data science and software engineering teams to embed AI functionalities into live production environments.
- Execute performance benchmarking and A/B testing to ensure models meet accuracy standards and deliver measurable business value.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in Python programming and deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Proficiency with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker for operationalizing machine learning workflows.
- Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and comprehension of model evaluation metrics.
- Experience working with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure to build scalable AI infrastructure.
- Sound knowledge of software development best practices including version control via Git and CI/CD pipeline integration.
