Job Overview

This contract role invites an experienced professional in logistics and supply chain management to work remotely. The expert will critically evaluate and provide detailed insights on key logistics documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers, ensuring authenticity and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics documents for accuracy and industry alignment.
• Create annotated samples to illustrate exemplary logistics and supply chain documentation practices.
• Assess existing supply chain workflows and recommend enhancements based on practical experience.
• Offer comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios, emphasizing documentation and process efficiencies.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify logistics requirements and communicate complex concepts effectively.
• Engage in quality assurance activities by confirming data set validity within supply chains.
• Assist in developing training resources that reflect current industry standards and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• At least three years' direct experience with logistics documentation and supply chain management.
• Deep knowledge of logistics workflows and global supply chain operations.
• Excellent English communication skills capable of simplifying technical logistics topics.
• Strong attention to detail for document review and creation.
• Demonstrated analytical prowess in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• A master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or an allied discipline is an advantage.
• Self-motivated to work independently and deliver quality outputs within a remote team setup.
