Role Overview
We seek an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our U.S. logistics and fulfillment functions. This role is responsible for managing inventory movement post-arrival in the United States, ensuring efficient distribution to Amazon fulfillment centers, wholesale clients, and direct customers.
The Logistics Manager will act as the primary liaison with our Warehouse Manager in California and collaborate closely with departments including Operations, Purchasing, Product Development, Customer Experience, and Leadership to maintain a seamless supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day logistics from the moment inventory arrives in the U.S. through final delivery to customers.
- Administer Amazon FBA shipments, wholesale orders, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment processes.
- Coordinate with the California Warehouse Manager to optimize receiving, inventory control, shipping, and warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory flow, transportation logistics, replenishment planning, and evaluate warehouse performance metrics.
- Track logistics KPIs and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support product launches and strategic inventory planning.
- Promote the adoption of AI, automation, and cutting-edge technologies to streamline operations and support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts through automation, AI utilization, reporting enhancements, and process optimization.
- Commit to traveling up to 25% of the time to the California warehouse location.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 5 to 10 years of professional background in logistics, supply chain management, warehouse operations, or distribution oversight.
- Bring experience from retail, e-commerce, consumer products, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sectors.
- Have a strong grasp of importing procedures, Amazon FBA operations, wholesale distribution frameworks, and direct-to-consumer fulfillment models.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, and inventory management tools.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and tech solutions for optimizing workflows, enhancing reporting, and improving operational productivity.
- Exemplify excellent analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving aptitude.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with a talent for building collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
- Exhibit proactive leadership, ownership mentality, ability to make informed decisions, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Ready to undertake up to 25% travel to our California warehouse for operational connectivity.
Compensation and Benefits
