Position Summary

You will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of orders and coordinating logistics arrangements to meet customer requirements. This includes preparing complete shipping documentation to support both domestic and international deliveries and collaborating with multiple stakeholders until shipments reach their destination.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with all involved parties to verify order accuracy and maintain timely processing.
• Interpret customer logistics needs and organize appropriate shipment arrangements.
• Coordinate with designated service providers to secure necessary freight capacity.
• Liaise with the Warehouse team to confirm that orders are properly packed and ready for pick-up.
• Prepare comprehensive shipping documents applicable for international and domestic transport.
• Handle ad hoc logistics and warehouse-related requests as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in logistics coordination.
• Experience managing order processing, international air shipments, domestic deliveries, and preparing shipment documentation.
• Foundational knowledge of logistics principles and practices.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work under minimal supervision.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments and capacity to multitask efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP software.
• Compliance with company policies, ISO 13485 standards, and other regulatory requirements.

Education

A diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain is required.
