Local Content Specialist

Job Objective

Contribute to achieving the group's goals by leading and implementing strategic procurement initiatives, enhancing compliance with local content requirements, developing suppliers, and managing framework agreements. This supports obtaining optimal value for cost, improving supply chain efficiency, and advancing business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic procurement initiatives in line with the group’s strategy and objectives.
• Support unified and integrated procurement operations across strategic business units.
• Manage and update core procurement data, ensuring its accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and qualify suppliers, periodically evaluating their performance to ensure a sustainable supply chain.
• Implement local content strategies to boost IKTVA performance and generate national value.
• Monitor adherence to local content requirements and work towards increasing localization percentages in procurement.
• Ensure compliance with local content regulations and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external entities to support localization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or localization, with strong expertise in local content programs, supplier development, and regulatory compliance.
