Role Overview

The Linen Room Attendant is a vital part of the resort's Heart of House team, responsible for issuing and adjusting all staff uniforms. This is a full-time permanent position with immediate commencement.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain exceptional standards in internal and external customer service.
• Distribute staff uniforms and handle dry cleaning logistics.
• Take precise measurements for staff uniforms and conduct necessary alterations and hemming.
• Oversee and manage the lost and found items.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in sewing or prior experience as a seamstress.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong guest service orientation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wage of $21.65 per hour, with increases after six months and annually up to three years, reaching $28.40 per hour.
