Role Overview and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be actively engaging with clients and internal teams to solve critical strategic challenges in the biopharmaceutical sector. Initially, you will contribute to multiple projects with varied tasks such as:

• Applying a hypothesis-driven approach to conduct complex problem solving
• Developing standardized templates for project deliverables
• Managing straightforward projects or workstreams with moderate oversight
• Building and leveraging analytical tools like forecast models to facilitate key decisions
• Delivering strategic recommendations that influence client strategies and enhance value realization

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Ability to independently coordinate multiple workstreams, including crafting storylines, preparing ghost documents, and data collection; also offering guidance on complex or ambiguous projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capability to act as a mentor and support junior team members
• Enthusiasm to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to seek assistance on complex projects or challenging client engagements
• Highly analytical mindset with a systematic approach to problem solving

• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in life sciences or a related field
• At least three years of experience in life sciences consulting

Additional Information

This position follows a hybrid working model, beginning with 100% in-office attendance during onboarding and training, followed by an expected balance of 50% in-office work. Standard working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
