Overview
Rosy World (OPC) Private Limited is seeking a proficient Legal Advisor to oversee and manage the company’s legal affairs based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling legal cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, and offering strategic legal support to the management and various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing legal cases and manage litigation processes while coordinating with external advocates.
- Draft, review, and maintain all contractual documents and related legal paperwork.
- Ensure strict adherence to applicable laws, obtain and maintain necessary licenses, and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Provide comprehensive legal guidance to management and internal teams on various legal issues.
- Act as a liaison with government agencies and regulatory authorities to facilitate legal processes and compliance.
- Address labor and employment law-related concerns ensuring legal conformity in HR practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal records and prepare detailed reports as required.
Additional Information
This role offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 12,000 to INR 18,000. The position is located on-site in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
