Company Overview
Huspy is developing a real estate super app designed to make buying, selling, financing, and renting homes simpler across Europe and the Middle East. The platform is built to remove friction from property transactions by combining technology with a smooth digital experience and by linking customers with dependable real estate partners and related services. It offers a fast-moving, product-focused environment where team members can help shape how homes are discovered and managed in the future.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Leasing Consultant will oversee the full leasing journey, from property tours and lease explanation to application support and move-in coordination. The role also involves handling inquiries, keeping lease records accurate, supporting retention efforts, and delivering a consistently strong customer experience. Working closely with property management and operations teams, the consultant will also collect resident feedback and help improve leasing workflows in line with Huspy’s broader real estate platform vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing process from initial interest through application, approval, and move-in.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective residents.
- Clearly present lease terms, conditions, and related documentation to applicants and residents.
- Respond promptly and professionally to leasing enquiries.
- Maintain complete and accurate lease records and supporting paperwork.
- Support resident retention efforts through relationship building and follow-up.
- Work with property management and operations teams to coordinate leasing activities.
- Gather resident feedback and help identify improvements in leasing procedures.
- Ensure every interaction reflects a high standard of customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of lease agreements and lease administration.
- Ability to explain contractual terms and conditions in a clear and practical way.
- Background in resident retention or relationship management is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach with empathy, responsiveness, and problem-solving ability.
- Capability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi while handling multiple priorities.
- Accuracy in recordkeeping and document management.
- Comfort using property management systems, CRM tools, and standard productivity software.
- Prior experience in leasing, real estate, or hospitality is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; other commonly used UAE languages are a plus.
Additional Information
This role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi Emirate and requires active collaboration with internal teams as well as direct interaction with prospects and residents.
