Learning & Development Manager

Role Overview

NorthStar USA is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to join their Human Resources team based in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time on-site role offers an opportunity to shape and implement impactful training and development strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute learning and development plans that support business objectives.
• Design, oversee, and assess training programs for employees at all hierarchical levels.
• Carry out training needs assessments to identify organizational skill gaps.
• Develop initiatives related to leadership development, onboarding processes, succession planning, and career growth.
• Administer learning management systems and evaluate training success through key performance indicators and participant feedback.
• Work closely with department leaders to tailor role-specific learning paths.
• Coordinate with both internal and external training providers, including workshops and certification programs.
• Cultivate a workplace environment that encourages continuous learning, employee involvement, and professional growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Academic background with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Human Resources roles.
• In-depth understanding of instructional design, adult learning theories, and strategies for talent development.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and e-learning technologies.
• Professional credentials such as CIPD, SHRM, or ATD certifications are considered a plus.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical skills and organizational competencies, including experience in assessing training outcomes.
• Able to handle multiple concurrent learning initiatives efficiently within a dynamic setting.
