As a Learning Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful learning experiences that drive professional development across EY.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategic Talent Consultants and Service Line Learning Partners to manage and strengthen relationships with Service Line stakeholders at the ASEAN level, ensuring cohesive learning curricula.
• Engage with stakeholders continuously to identify and validate the actual learning needs and business priorities throughout the year, including during budget planning cycles.
• Partner with design and development teams to plan learning solutions aligned to business requirements, acting as liaison among all involved teams during project design stages.
• Serve as the main contact for stakeholders to provide updates on learning solution design, development, deployment, user adoption, satisfaction, and impact.
• Ensure alignment and compliance with internal standards by consulting relevant parties.
• Work closely with Learning Deployment teams to roll out comprehensive cross-Service Line curricula and track consumption with accountability towards Learning & Development leadership.
• Collaborate across Learning & Development teams to support cross-Service Line learning priorities.
• Coordinate funding and resource support for cross-Service Line learning programs.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a strategic adviser to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
• Define and maintain effective, consistent learning curricula that support strategic business goals and performance improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, 'one team' culture within the Learning community.
• Assess and prioritize learning needs, develop the annual learning plan, and facilitate cross-functional delivery of integrated learning solutions.
• Manage and maintain the curriculum catalogue ensuring relevance, consistency, and elimination of duplication alongside Deployment teams.
• Identify skills gaps, work with Design teams to curate targeted learning solutions addressing core issues.
• Communicate priorities, budgets, and manage ad hoc requests transparently to maintain alignment with stakeholders.
• Oversee the planning and execution of learning solutions, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder engagement, and reporting on key performance indicators.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong relationships with senior leaders and influence learning strategies aligned with business growth and performance needs.
• Strong commercial and business understanding.
• Excellent teamwork and leadership skills to thrive within a diverse, high-performing environment.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and delivering solutions on schedule and budget.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to resolve issues and ensure cohesive alignment between learning functions and business teams.
