TUMO Labs is the educational initiative of the EU TUMO Convergence Center, offering a tuition-free applied science and engineering hub that connects higher education with the industry. Targeted at learners aged 18 and above, it equips participants with industry-relevant knowledge and practical experience to prepare them for careers in technology, engineering, and innovation. The program follows a just-in-time learning methodology combining guided self-learning with project-based activities to enhance practical skills and readiness for the evolving global job market.

Role Overview

As a Learning and Technical Coordinator, you will be integral in facilitating TUMO Labs' educational programs. Your main responsibilities will include organizing learning activities, assisting students throughout their journey, and ensuring technical systems operate smoothly. You will collaborate closely with students, instructors, and interdepartmental teams to create a stimulating educational environment while supporting technical projects, maintaining program infrastructure, and driving continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage delivery of learning programs and student engagement events to support personal and educational growth.
• Conduct student admissions, onboarding, and educational activities including workshops from initiation through graduation.
• Review and coordinate student projects involving various programming skills.
• Support entrepreneurial ventures such as incubation, pre-acceleration, and acceleration programs.
• Identify technical problems within programs and collaborate with IT and engineering teams for resolutions.
• Create and deploy lightweight technological tools to optimize internal processes and program efficiency.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software associated with the program to meet evolving requirements.
• Keep detailed records of student progress and assessments; analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Work with the communications team to promote learning opportunities and manage event registrations.
• Serve as a primary contact for students to handle inquiries, manage enrollment, and ensure positive educational experiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Up to two years’ experience in program or technical coordination; recent graduates with relevant internships or project experience are welcome.
• Experience coordinating educational workshops, bootcamps, or similar is advantageous.
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and digital collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, and AI software.
• Technical expertise to troubleshoot software and hardware and to evaluate programming projects.
• Skills in data collection, management, and analysis for monitoring learning progress.
• Strong communication skills in both Armenian and English languages.
• Excellent organizational abilities and capability to handle multiple tasks in dynamic settings.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with commitment to data precision.
• Passion for student-centered education and delivering superior learner experiences.
• Adaptability, accountability, and self-driven work approach.
