About the Role

This role demands a potent combination of strategic insight, strong execution skills, and extensive experience with AI-driven analysis. You'll address difficult business challenges and lead the rollout of strategic projects. Reporting directly to the General Manager for Canada's Delivery division, you will work closely with diverse leadership teams across Operations, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Public Affairs, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager on top-priority Uber Eats projects across Canada.
• Leverage AI technologies to rapidly identify opportunities for operational and business enhancements, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Function as both a strategic and operational expert, independently steering outcomes across several business areas with speed and agility.
• Engage extensively with cross-departmental stakeholders including Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, Public Affairs, Marketing, Legal, and Central Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in strategy, operations, consulting, analytics, technology, finance, or a similar domain.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing AI tools to transform data into meaningful business actions.
• Strong business understanding to connect various organizational parts and relentlessly seek improvement opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with challenging norms and rapidly experimenting with new strategies.
• Capability to juggle priorities and execute quickly.
• Skilled at forming strong relationships across diverse organizational levels.
• Committed to high standards with a preference for action-oriented approaches.

• Preferred: Experience in a fast-paced, high-impact tech environment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position in Canada ranges from CAD 145,000 to CAD 161,000 annually. Additionally, employees may qualify for bonuses, equity awards, and various other benefits tied to the role.

This role supports a hybrid work model requiring at least 50% office presence unless full remote work is approved.
