Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Listing Executive to join our expanding team. This position involves overseeing property listings end-to-end, guaranteeing accurate presentation, adherence to regulations, and high-quality marketing standards for every property.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, upload, and manage property listings on leading real estate platforms.
• Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant with regulatory standards, and optimized to achieve maximum visibility.
• Collaborate with brokers to collect property details, including photographs, floor plans, and necessary documentation.
• Maintain and update listings regularly, promptly removing properties that have been sold or rented.
• Track the performance of listings and suggest enhancements as necessary.
• Write professional, engaging, and error-free property descriptions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to secure smooth approvals and marketing launches.
• Organize records and maintain precise property databases.
• Keep abreast of market trends and best practices for property portals.

Requirements

• Prior experience in real estate listing, administrative duties, or operations is desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Familiarity with Dubai property platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut is advantageous.
• A positive mindset coupled with a collaborative team spirit.
