This dynamic position involves active engagement on the club floor during classes and outreach in the community. The specialist is the energetic presence that attracts new members and builds enduring relationships that encourage ongoing participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage continuously with potential members both during classes and throughout the Plano area to cultivate interest and generate leads.
- Leverage AI-based tools to identify and research local partnership and lead generation opportunities, including collaborations with businesses, wellness programs, residential communities, and events.
- Create and manage targeted outreach lists, initiating first-contact communications to arrange meetings for club managers and marketing leaders.
- Maintain and advance the lead pipeline by tracking sources, outreach progress, and follow-up through shared systems.
- Build and nurture genuine relationships with club ambassadors and key community partners to boost member acquisition.
- Implement product seeding initiatives through ambassadors and local community allies.
- Conduct proactive follow-up with leads to ensure they are booked into classes, ensuring engagement is sustained.
- Perform personalized membership retention communications to maintain member involvement and loyalty.
- Organize and execute lead-generating community events such as pop-ups, tabling, and neighborhood activities to attract new club visitors.
- Support events aimed at member appreciation and re-engagement to reduce churn and foster loyalty.
- Identify and secure local event sponsors and partners, enabling managers to concentrate on daily operations.
- Prepare and assemble marketing collateral, signage, and event kits that represent the TITLE Boxing brand effectively.
- Capture and document social content including photos, video, and testimonials during classes and events to support marketing efforts.
- Assist with email campaigns, local marketing schedules, and campaign delivery tasks.
- Keep detailed records of outreach efforts, lead tracking, and partnership interactions, delivering weekly reports summarizing lead generation progress, event plans, and partnership discussions.
Candidate Profile
- An outgoing personality who enjoys meeting new people and thrives on converting initial conversations into meaningful connections.
- A strong passion for expanding membership and community engagement rather than simply maintaining existing levels.
- Excellent communication skills across face-to-face interactions, telephone conversations, and written outreach.
- Highly organized with the capacity to juggle multiple leads, partners, and projects without missing deadlines or follow-up.
- Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends when club activity and community engagement are at their peak.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, or community-centered experiences, aligned with the club's mission, even if not a boxing practitioner.
- Interest in innovative technology, particularly AI tools, to enhance research, marketing, and outreach efforts.
- Preferably currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
- Must reside in or near Plano, Texas.
Benefits
- Complimentary membership to TITLE Boxing Club.
