About The Role

The Hot Plate Centre in New Delhi is searching for a skilled Lathe Machine Operator to become part of their manufacturing team. This role demands proficiency in operating lathe machines and executing precision turning activities while ensuring superior quality and adherence to technical standards.

Key Duties

• Setting up and operating lathe machines to carry out precise machining processes.
• Executing operations such as turning, taper turning, boring, and cutting aligned with technical drawings and specifications.
• Reviewing engineering drawings and instructions to understand work requirements.
• Inspecting final components to verify dimensional accuracy and product quality.
• Maintaining the condition and functionality of cutting and machine tools to ensure smooth production.
• Conducting regular machine maintenance and promptly reporting technical issues.
• Meeting production goals without compromising quality standards.
• Adhering strictly to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Age criteria between 20 and 45 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Possession of a Diploma qualification.
• No proficiency in English is required.
• At least two years of experience operating lathe machines and related tools.
• Technical knowledge of lathe machine operations, turning, boring, cutting, taper turning, and tool maintenance.
