Job Overview

This role involves assisting warehouse operations including loading and unloading of goods, order picking, packing, handling materials, and maintaining the warehouse. The position demands physical stamina, discipline, and strict observance of safety and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload products from transport vehicles.
• Pick, sort, and pack goods according to delivery instructions.
• Support the inward and outward movement of inventory.
• Organize and stack goods in assigned warehouse areas.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock validation.
• Uphold cleanliness and general housekeeping in the warehouse environment.
• Adhere to FIFO/FEFO principles where applicable when managing stock.
• Handle products carefully to avoid any damage.
• Support supervisors during dispatch and receiving processes.
• Comply with all safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
• Carry out any other operational duties delegated by supervisors.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: 10th pass (12th pass is advantageous)
• 0 to 2 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or loading/unloading roles (fresh candidates can also apply)
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is preferable

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual handling tasks
• Team player with good discipline and punctuality
• Ready to work in shifts and overtime if necessary
• Positive mindset with eagerness to learn

Working Environment

• Warehouse-based work involving lifting, moving, and stacking materials
• Expected to stand and walk for long durations
• Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by company safety policies
