In this role, you'll ensure the kitchen remains immaculate and organised, supporting the chefs by managing cleaning and basic prep tasks to keep operations smooth and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen to prepare it for daily service.
• Washing cookware, utensils, and equipment to enable chefs to continue cooking uninterrupted.
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies, alerting when stocks run low.
• Assisting with simple food preparation duties as needed.
• Adhering strictly to health and safety guidelines for personal and team safety.
