Role Overview

The position of Keeper is a full-time, on-location role based in Mumbai, tasked with ensuring the maintenance of a safe, clean, and organized school environment. Responsibilities encompass upkeep of classrooms, communal areas, and outdoor grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cleaning and routine maintenance of school facilities.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
• Report any facility issues or maintenance needs to designated staff promptly.
• Assist with preparations and arrangements for classrooms and school events.
• Adhere strictly to all safety, hygiene, and security standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience or capability in basic facility maintenance and safe equipment handling.
• Strong organizational ability and time management to handle daily workload and priorities effectively.
• Understanding and compliance with school safety, hygiene, and security practices.
• Effective communication skills to interact politely and clearly with staff and leadership.
• Dependability, ethical conduct, and a commitment to supporting the welfare of students and the school environment.
• Physical ability to perform active tasks such as standing and walking during the workday on-site in Mumbai.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, school maintenance, or similar roles is advantageous but not required.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adaptability within a cooperative, respectful workplace culture.
