Position Overview

The Junior Store Controller plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and store facilities in Addis Ababa. This position ensures that all finished products, raw materials, store items, and non-stock materials are stored properly in line with warehouse protocols and safety regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper storage and managing of finished goods, raw materials, and other store items following warehouse procedures and safety standards.
  • Oversee daily store operations and inventory management activities.
  • Distribute stock to various user departments in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform physical inventory counts to validate product inflows and outflows.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
  • Keep accurate, updated records of inventory items and generate regular reports on stock levels.
  • Supervise receipt, processing, fulfillment, dispatch, and movement of materials at the plant location.
  • Continuously review store layout and space utilization to enhance material flow and storage efficiency.
