Job Summary
The Junior Process Analyst will play a key role in supporting insurance-related back-office tasks, including document processing, record maintenance, report preparation, and liaison with internal teams, all while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and verify insurance-related documentation.
- Maintain and update operational process documents.
- Manage endorsement processing ensuring deadlines are met.
- Create reports and visual data representations using MS Excel.
- Guarantee data quality and precision in daily processed information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address process inquiries.
- Enhance understanding of insurance and underwriting workflows.
- Work independently while adhering to quality and productivity benchmarks.
Requirements
- Any graduate degree (non-technical preferred).
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of preparing detailed reports and maintaining documentation.
- Strong analytical, editing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of the insurance sector is beneficial.
Shift & Salary Details
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month with additional shift allowances.
- Noon Shift (3 PM - 12:30 AM): ₹15,000 + ₹5,000 allowance.
- Night Shift (6 PM - 3:30 AM): ₹15,000 + ₹5,000 allowance.
- Moonlight Shift (8:30 PM - 6:00 AM): ₹15,000 + ₹7,500 allowance.
- Regular Shift (10:00 AM - 7:30 PM): ₹15,000 gross.
- Early Morning Shifts (6 AM – 3:30 PM, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM): ₹15,000 + ₹5,000 allowance.
- Incentives are applicable only for permanent work-from-office employees.
Service Agreement
A two-year service commitment is required. If resignation occurs within two years, a three-month notice period must be served. After completing two years, the notice period reduces to one month.
