Role Overview

As a Junior Graphic Designer within our in-house creative agency, you will bring marketing and communication briefs to life by crafting creative, impactful designs that drive business results across Entain’s brands. Your responsibilities will cover producing designs for comprehensive 360-degree campaigns across diverse channels such as CRM, performance marketing, TV, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Create design concepts and executions for multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, websites, retail environments, out-of-home advertising, and CRM communications.
• Assist and support the design team with various campaign tasks as assigned.
• Work primarily on Tier 2, 3, and 4 projects, while providing support for Tier 1 campaigns when needed.
• Incorporate feedback from senior creative team members and marketing professionals efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure all work adheres strictly to brand guidelines and maintains the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with copywriters, fellow designers, production teams, and project stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Digital or Graphic Design, art, or multimedia disciplines.
• Demonstrate a portfolio featuring compelling design ideas and strong creative execution.
• Proficient in Mac systems with solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines to ensure timely and accurate delivery of design assets.
