About the Role
Work Force Nexus is seeking a meticulous Junior Compliance Administrator to become part of our Compliance and Risk team. This position is perfectly suited for graduates and early professionals interested in governance, regulatory compliance, operational management, and risk oversight. The role is fully remote and provides substantial exposure to compliance frameworks and corporate governance, fostering a robust career foundation in compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and maintain compliance-related records and documentation accurately.
- Support internal audits and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
- Monitor updates to company policies and changes in regulatory requirements.
- Assist in compiling compliance reports and related documentation.
- Track mandatory employee compliance trainings and deadlines.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather essential compliance documentation.
- Help conduct risk assessments and ongoing compliance monitoring tasks.
- Maintain precise records within compliance management systems.
- Provide assistance during investigations related to compliance matters.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving compliance processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor's degree in fields such as Business Administration, Law, Finance, Risk Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
- Excellent organisational and analytical capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Competence in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace applications.
- Capability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Good problem-solving aptitude and a keen willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or practical experience in compliance, administration, finance, legal assistance, or business operations.
- Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance and corporate governance concepts.
- Experience or familiarity with document or compliance management platforms.
- Understanding of GDPR, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), or ISO standards is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
