Currently, we are assisting a prominent logistics company based in Hamburg in integrating intelligent automation into their reporting processes. The goal is to consolidate fragmented data into a unified, trustworthy source for leadership use.

Role Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position aimed at individuals early in their career who wish to learn how artificial intelligence can be applied to enterprise data management. You will collaborate remotely with seasoned professionals experienced in Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, and advanced analytics to help translate business requirements into practical technical configurations that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in configuring AI-powered reporting modules to comply with client business rules.
Prepare and clean extensive datasets ensuring high-quality inputs for modeling.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and configuration manuals.
Validate automated forecasting against past data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
Engage in virtual client meetings to collect requirements for tailored reporting dashboards.
Work with senior consultants to resolve issues within data pipelines and model outputs.
Develop training resources for client teams to support post-project independence.
Enhance prompts and instructions used for generating automated financial report summaries.

Desired Qualifications

Basic understanding of data structures and database operations.
Some familiarity with SQL or scripting languages like Python is advantageous but not required.
Strong ability to write clear, well-structured documentation in English.
Logical problem-solving skills and patience for detailed data error analysis.
Interest in leveraging automation to improve logistics and financial business processes.
Open to learning enterprise software systems such as Oracle and SAP.
Comfortable working fully remotely with primary communication via text and video conferencing.
Basic knowledge of large language models and machine learning concepts.
