Opportunity
We are expanding our Construction Project Management team in Ireland and seek experienced, passionate professionals to contribute to impactful projects across multiple sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, data centers, and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities and Environment
- Lead and manage large-scale construction projects across diverse sectors ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams utilizing innovative, sustainable designs and advanced technology platforms.
- Adapt to flexible roles tailored to specific skill sets to meet evolving project demands.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Strong background in construction project management with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Sector experience in healthcare, education, infrastructure, data center, or residential projects is highly beneficial.
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related fields.
- Active pursuit of Chartered Status through recognized institutions such as SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA, Engineers Ireland, with APM affiliation as an advantage.
