Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and suggest jewellery pieces aligned with their preferences and requirements.
- Clearly inform customers about product specifications, designs, prices, and current offers.
- Build genuine, ongoing customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
- Meet personal and showroom monthly sales targets consistently.
- Address customer queries, conduct follow-ups, and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain product displays so they remain tidy, appealing, and uphold premium presentation standards.
- Coordinate with billing and inventory teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Junior candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in jewellery retail sales;
- Senior candidates should have 3 to 7 years of experience in gold or diamond jewellery sales;
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or premium showroom sales is preferred;
- Fluent communication in Hindi with basic English proficiency is necessary;
- Applicants must be presentable and demonstrate confidence and professionalism;
- Strong skills in customer handling and closing sales are essential;
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing or POS systems are advantages.

Additional Information
This position is a full-time, permanent role requiring physical presence in the showroom located at 358, Kohat Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi – 110034. The role is strictly showroom-based with no remote work option.
