Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales targets and convert showroom visits into sales successfully.
• Encourage upselling and cross-selling of jewellery pieces and investment plans.
• Present gold saving and investment schemes to clients.
• Foster repeat business and obtain referrals through excellent service.
• Welcome customers courteously, identify their preferences and budgets, provide tailored product suggestions, and ensure a premium retail experience.
• Address customer issues swiftly and professionally.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Gold, Diamond, Silver, Bridal, Polki, Kundan, and Antique jewellery items.
• Explain jewellery purity, hallmarking, certifications, pricing, making charges, exchange, and buyback policies thoroughly.
• Advise customers on jewellery upkeep and maintenance.
• Manage customer data meticulously, conduct follow-ups for purchases, special occasions, and promotions to build lasting relationships.
• Handle jewellery carefully, implement stock movement procedures, ensure product tagging accuracy, and comply with security requirements.
• Maintain showroom visual presentation standards, assist in billing and paperwork, submit daily sales reports, and actively participate in training and meetings.

Skills & Expertise

• Comprehensive knowledge of jewellery types including Gold, Diamonds, Polki, Silver, Precious Stones, Antique pieces.
• Understanding of BIS Hallmarking and HUID standards.
• Expertise in jewellery pricing, making charges, exchange, and buyback policies.
• Familiarity with jewellery investment schemes.
• Proficient sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation proficiency.
• Problem-solving aptitude and team collaboration skills.
• Basic computer literacy including POS systems.

Performance Indicators

• Achieve monthly sales targets (35% weightage).
• Convert walk-ins to sales effectively (15%).
• Maintain thorough CRM and retain customers (10%).
• Promote gold and diamond investment schemes successfully (10%).
• Ensure customer satisfaction through feedback and repeat purchases (10%).

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Graduation preferred but not mandatory.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in retail jewellery or luxury sales is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with excellent sales and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
