As a Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas, ensuring a positive first and last impression for customers.

Compensation

• The hourly wage ranges from $14 to $27, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage required for the job location.
• Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour can apply based on factors such as schedule, location, season, or specific duties, and multiple premiums may be combined if criteria are met.
