IT Trainer

Job Overview

We seek passionate and motivated IT Trainers to join our team, including fresh graduates with strong technical foundations. Comprehensive initial training will be offered to prepare candidates for delivering effective instruction in IT technologies, equipping students and professionals with skills aligned to industry demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct instructional sessions on various IT software and programming languages.
• Lead practical and project-oriented training in both classroom and online formats.
• Develop course content, assignments, and practice problems.
• Guide students through mini and final projects.
• Assess and provide constructive feedback on student learning outcomes.
• Support placement-related activities such as resume building and interview preparation.
• Maintain attendance and training documentation accurately.
• Engage in continual enhancement of technical expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in at least one of the following technologies: Python, Java, C, C++, Data Structures, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Full Stack Development, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
• Dedication to teaching and mentoring learners.
• Educational background including BE/B.Tech (CSE, ISE, AI/ML), BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (Computer Science), M.Tech, or equivalent qualifications.
• Open to both freshers and experienced professionals.
