Key Responsibilities

• Providing ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and operation of company systems.
• Supporting firearms-related data processes including audits, serial tracking, and error resolution.
• Delivering Level 1 IT support such as desktop and mobile troubleshooting, printer upkeep, user account administration, and system configuration.
• Supporting POS and ERP systems to ensure smooth business operations.
• Conducting routine system monitoring including server and storage health checks.
• Contributing to security system management and oversight.
• Assisting in scheduling and scanning processes related to firearm audits.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong aptitude for technology and willingness to learn on the job.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication abilities and teamwork mindset.
• Prior experience is not mandatory; training will be provided.
