About the Role

PC Repair Centre, a well-established computer repair business in Melbourne since 1996, is looking to expand its team of skilled Contract Onsite IT Technicians. This opportunity involves providing a broad range of technical support services directly at customer homes and small businesses across Melbourne.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and Outlook issues.
• Resolve Wi-Fi and network-related problems.
• Install new PC setups.
• Set up printers.
• Manage data transfers and perform backups.
• Provide general IT support tailored to small businesses.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience working as an IT technician.
• Comfortable working independently with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and small business IT systems.
• Skills in networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Ability to deliver customer-facing technical support.
• Possession of a reliable vehicle and a current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Holding an Australian Business Number (ABN) and Public Liability Insurance.
• Own tools and a mobile phone for work purposes.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

Additional valued skills include experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server, or managing IT services.
