It produces high-quality PCBAs, subassemblies, and complete devices including Class III medical devices. The facility supports the entire product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI), prototyping, and process validation, through to large scale manufacturing, testing, shipping, and repair. With a 30-year legacy of operational excellence and customer service, the site employs a skilled and experienced workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the implementation and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) projects across the EMEA region.
• Analyze and document business requirements, translate these into functional specifications and technology needs.
• Identify improvement opportunities to add value within current and new manufacturing systems.
• Develop conceptual alternatives and design solutions accordingly.
• Create detailed action plans, project timelines, and roadmaps for implementing solutions.
• Participate in various testing phases including technical testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare presentations and documentation for customers and stakeholders.
• Support business development efforts and internal innovation initiatives proactively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with quality standards and industry regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety legislation and regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold an NFQ Level 8 degree in IT or possess equivalent experience with a lower-level degree plus relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager within the electronics manufacturing or manufacturing industries.
• Experience in medical manufacturing is a desirable asset.
• Strong background in manufacturing systems integration within IT.
• Good understanding of databases and associated technologies.
• Familiarity with technical facets of information systems, including AI technologies.
