IT Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and oversight of small to medium IT projects with low to moderate complexity.
• Work alongside cross-departmental teams—including technical engineers and commercial units—to gather project requirements and clarify objectives.
• Monitor the progress of assigned projects, address arising concerns, and regularly update stakeholders on statuses.
• Support the allocation of resources and contribute to risk mitigation efforts within projects.
• Engage in project meetings on a periodic basis as required.
• Maintain and update project documentation such as timelines, commercial proposals, status reports, and handover documents.

Candidate Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a program focused on Network & System Engineering or Software Development.
• Basic understanding of networking systems.
• Practical experience with Python programming.
