Job Overview

We are seeking proactive IT professionals to join our team to manage daily IT operations spanning our boutique stores and coffee rooms. This includes responsibility for helpdesk operations, server and network/firewall maintenance, point-of-sale (POS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) system administration, and support for launching new stores across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT helpdesk support and hardware setup.
• Maintain server infrastructure, network devices, firewall settings, and VPN configurations.
• Manage and configure POS and ERP systems for operational efficiency.
• Support IT aspects of store opening projects across different geographic locations.
• Coordinate with headquarters IT department on group-wide initiatives and system implementations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• Have minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar IT role.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Windows OS, networking, firewall administration, and troubleshooting.
• Background in Retail, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality sectors is essential.
• Proficient in managing at least one POS or ERP system.
• Skilled in solving network connectivity issues.
• Excellent communication abilities paired with strong problem-solving skills.
• A dependable team player capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
