Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site analyses of clients' existing IT structures and craft tailored Microsoft 365 solutions that emphasize functionality and future readiness.
• Design detailed architectural plans prioritizing ease of use, along with ensuring infrastructure stability and security.
• Develop comprehensive implementation strategies and coordinate their execution in close collaboration with clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor throughout all phases of complex projects, ensuring solutions align with client requirements and expectations.
• Promote ongoing enhancement of clients' IT environments by integrating innovative technologies and recognized best practices.

Requirements

• Possess extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 and its components.
• Have strong knowledge in at least two specialized M365 areas such as SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, AI, Teams Collaboration, or Phone systems.
• Preferably hold Microsoft 365 certifications.
• Be adept at guiding clients through hybrid and cloud solution selections and support implementation efforts.
• Additional skills in Change & Adoption, Backup & Lifecycle, Governance & Compliance, or Microsoft Azure are desirable.
• Demonstrate teamwork spirit, willingness to share knowledge, and commitment to continuous skill development.
• Fluency in both German and English is required.
